We source high quality property investment opportunities through leveraging our strong networks and the application of our robust investment criteria.  The long-term relevance of the locations we invest into, as well as our hands-on asset management approach, are key to underpinning the returns to our clients over the investment holding period.

The team is governed by an Investment Committee bringing together a diverse and experienced team of highly skilled professionals, who oversee all acquisitions, disposals, funding structuring and any other key elements applicable to the investments.  We are a registered Financial Services Provider (“FSP”) under license number 34381.

Why invest in the Ashburton Property Fund?

Ashburton Investments manages 8 segregated unlisted property unit trust portfolios, which are invested in Namibian commercial, retail and industrial properties, with a collective portfolio market value of approximately N$2 billion. Ashburton Investments further provides Namibian and South African private clients with direct exposure into commercial property in South Africa. This portfolio consists of 10 ring-fenced investment structures with an aggregate market value of R526 million.
