Credit Insights – We are not there yet

Following a subdued second quarter in 2018, the third quarter saw an increase in issuance volume (R30.7 billion) in the listed credit markets to levels more comparable to the first quarter (R31 billion). Second quarter issuance amounted to only R22.5 billion.
