She is a member of the Ashburton Investments Private Equity Investment Committee and has been instrumental in the establishment of Ashburton Investments' unlisted credit, real estate and infrastructure businesses. Isabella has over 15 years' experience in the banking and investment management industry.

Juan Coetzer

is Head of Private Equity for Ashburton Investments. He joined RMB in 2005 and has been with the FirstRand Group ever since. He is a key investment principle and dealmaker in the private equity team as well as a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee. In 2017 Juan was elected as a non-executive director of the Southern African Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SAVCA). He has over 16 years' experience in the investment management and financial services industry.

Jake Archer

is a Fund Manager who is jointly responsible for private equity at Ashburton Investments, has more than 20 years of private equity experience, both in direct investing and fund of funds. Prior to joining Ashburton Investments in 2012 Jake was a senior executive in RMB Private Equity and was part of team involved in the creation of Momentum Private Equity Fund 1 - a JV between RMB Private Equity and Momentum. On leaving RMB in 2009, Jake has consulted to various South African private equity houses, raised and invested a closed end black empowerment fund. Jake qualified as an attorney at the University of Cape Town and is uniquely qualified in both the fund of fund and directs, with a proven track record in both private equity disciplines

He joined FirstRand Bank's Group Treasury, Third Party Funds, in 2010 which later became Ashburton Investments and has over 23 years' experience in the finance industry.
